Welcome to StrixleSites. By accessing or using our website, services, or subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
StrixleSites ("we", "us", "our") provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services to businesses ("you", "your", "Client"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our services and website.
We provide professional website services tailored for small to medium businesses. All plans include:
4.1. All subscriptions are billed annually in advance.
4.2. Prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and may be subject to VAT.
4.3. You authorise us (or our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
4.4. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance.
5.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
5.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.
5.3. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline within 14 days unless other arrangements are made.
5.4. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in illegal activity.

8.1. We retain ownership of all templates, code frameworks, and design assets we create unless otherwise agreed.
8.2. Upon full payment, you are granted a licence to use your custom website for your business.
8.3. You retain ownership of your content and branding.
We provide hosting as part of your subscription. Domains are either transferred to our management or registered on your behalf. You are responsible for renewing domains if you cancel.
10.1. We warrant that we will provide services with reasonable skill and care.
10.2. We do not guarantee that your website will generate specific business results, sales, or rankings.
10.3. Services are provided “as is” beyond the express warranties in this agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your content, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (including UK GDPR). By using our services, you consent to such processing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
These Terms, together with our Pricing page and any Order Confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and StrixleSites.
